SENSIVIT is an eyewash solution that stabilizes all three layers of the tear film on the surface of the eye.

SENSIVIT contains carmellose sodium, which due to its properties forms a temporary protective film on the cornea and conjunctiva and provides the necessary protection.

Vitamin A in SENSIVIT supports the inner (mucous) layer of the tear film. This vitamin, together with vitamin E, improves the nutrition of the cornea and conjunctiva.

The substances contained in the preparation also support the outer (lipid) layer of the tear film. Thus, it prevents the surface of the eye from drying out quickly.

SENSIVIT stabilizes the aqueous layer of the tear film. In this way, the thin tear film on the surface of the eye is either strengthened or all three of its layers are replaced. In this way, the protective effect of the tear film is significantly improved.

SENSIVIT treats dry eye syndrome (keratoconjunctivitis sicca).

SENSIVIT is used in cases where it is necessary to create a protective film of the cornea and conjunctiva of the eye.

Usage:

If the eye doctor has not indicated otherwise, usually 1 drop should be instilled into the conjunctival sac 1-3 times a day. The individual dose for the child is determined by the ophthalmologist. The preparation can be used by adults, adolescents and children over 2 years old.

Composition:

The active ingredient is carmellose sodium. One milliliter of solution contains 3 mg of carmellose sodium. - Auxiliary substances: retinol palmitate, alpha tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium tetraborate, polysorbate 80, macrogolglycerol ricinoleate, sodium edetate, water for injection.
